Our Story
The Logic Center has been in business for the last five years, founded in Bozeman, Montana and now based in Fort Wayne, Indiana. We started in the world of freight, an industry full of hard-working people buried in repetitive work: tracking calls, check-ins, carrier vetting, paperwork, and emails that never stop.
We believed that work was exactly what modern AI should be doing. So we built Raptor TMS, an AI-native transportation management system for freight brokers, with AI agents that handle tender intake, carrier procurement, quoting, and tracking around the clock, and honest, flat pricing with no per-load fees.
From there, the family grew. Snowbirds brought the same thinking to RV and long-distance travel: live road conditions, highway webcams read by AI, and weather-aware departure planning, so drivers know before they go. And Raptor Fleet, launching soon, extends our AI-first approach into fleet management.
What We Believe
Every product that leaves The Logic Center follows the same principles:
- AI should do real work. Our AI agents and automations take over the repetitive tasks, around the clock, so people can focus on decisions that need judgment.
- Software should be fast to adopt. If a tool takes months of implementation and training, it has already failed. Ours are designed to be productive in days.
- Pricing should be honest. Flat, predictable pricing. No per-transaction tolls, no hidden fees, no surprises on the invoice.
- Build from experience. We build for industries we know firsthand, solving problems we've lived, not problems invented for a sales deck.
